Privacy policy

Effective October 10, 2026.

pixelreflex MEDIA is a video production and commercial photography company in San Antonio, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website or contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing, and we never have.

What you give us directly

The contact form on our site asks for your first and last name, your email address, and a description of your project. Phone number and budget are optional. When you submit the form, that information is emailed to us so we can reply. We use it to answer you, to prepare a quote or proposal, and to carry out work you hire us for. Nothing more.

If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence for the same reasons.

What is collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some information about your visit without you typing anything.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and how they found us, so we can improve the site. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are in the world, and whether you arrived from a search engine, a social post or a link. We look at this in aggregate. We are not trying to work out who you personally are.

Business visitor identification. Our site includes Leadfeeder, a service by Dealfront. It looks up the internet address your visit comes from and, when that address belongs to a company rather than a home, tells us the name of that company and which pages were viewed. It is designed to tell us that someone at a given organization looked at our work, not to identify you by name.

Security and delivery. Our site sits behind Cloudflare, which delivers pages quickly and filters malicious traffic. Cloudflare processes your internet address to do that. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block automated spam, which involves Google collecting information about your device and how you interact with the page.

Video. Videos on our site are hosted by Vimeo and play in an embedded player. When a video loads, Vimeo may set its own cookies and receive your internet address.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Ours are used for analytics, for spam protection on the contact form, for security, and by the embedded video player. We do not use cookies for advertising and we do not run ads on this site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though video playback and the contact form may behave differently.

Who else is involved

We use a small number of established service providers to run the site and our business. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy.

We may also share information when a client project requires it, for example sending a file to a printer or a broadcaster at your direction, or when the law requires us to.

How long we keep things

We keep project correspondence and records for as long as we are working together, and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and contract purposes. Analytics data expires on Google’s schedule. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond.

If you are in a place with specific privacy laws, such as California or the European Union, those laws may give you additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you are still welcome to make any of the requests above.

Most browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no agreed standard for how sites should respond to it, so ours does not change its behavior based on that signal.

Photographs and video

Our portfolio shows work created for clients, published with their permission or under our agreement with them.

Children

This site is meant for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We protect your information with the usual safeguards: encrypted connections, access controls on our accounts, and multifactor authentication where it is available. No website can promise perfect security, but we take it seriously.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
