Brand photography for San Antonio companies and nonprofits
Images that work as hard as your brand. We shoot commercial photography for companies and nonprofits in San Antonio, from job sites and small businesses to campaign images and studio shoots. Brand and lifestyle shoots are built for websites, social media, recruiting and marketing. Advertising campaigns are for paid media, print and out-of-home.
What a brand shoot includes
Every shoot begins with a planning call about who the images are for, where they will be used and your timeline. Then you get a written estimate with the shot list, schedule and any licensing. A brand half day is up to 5 hours on set with a photographer and assistant, and 25 finished images, for $2,500. A brand full day is up to 10 hours across multiple locations, with a producer and 50 finished images, for $4,500.
Clean product images on white start at $75 each, with a 10-image minimum, and styled or product-in-use images from $250 each. Advertising campaigns start around $10,000 before licensing, with a creative fee of $3,500 per shoot day. You review everything in a private online gallery, and brand and campaign work is delivered in about 2 weeks.

Common questions
How long does delivery take?
Brand and campaign work takes about 2 weeks. Rush delivery is an extra 25%.
Can we use the photos in advertising?
Licensing for advertising and other extended uses is quoted separately and itemized in your written estimate.
Can you shoot video the same day?
Yes. Plan both into one production, and the same day gives you the video, its short cutdowns and still photos from the same sessions. One crew, one schedule and one point of contact.
How much does a brand shoot cost?
A brand half day is $2,500: up to five hours on set with a photographer and assistant, and 25 finished images. A brand full day is $4,500: up to 10 hours across multiple locations or setups, a producer to run the day, and 50 finished images. Both include a planning call, lighting, color and retouching of your selections, and a private online gallery.
How much do product photos cost?
Clean product images on white start at $75 each, with a 10-image minimum. Styled product and product-in-use images start at $250 each. Tell us how many products you have and where the images will run, and you get a written estimate with the shot list and schedule.
What does an advertising campaign cost?
Campaigns start around $10,000 before licensing. The creative fee is $3,500 per shoot day, plus pre-production, crew, talent, styling, locations, retouching and licensing, all itemized in a written estimate. Advertising campaigns are built for paid media, print and out-of-home.
How many finished images do we get, and can we get more?
A brand half day includes 25 finished images and a full day 50. You choose them in a private online gallery, and additional retouched images from your gallery are $75 each.
Can you shoot at our job site, factory or shop?
Yes. For Zachry Construction, we photographed crew members on job sites, from a road widening project in Durham, North Carolina, to a bridge construction site. Sam Martens, president of Mission Solar Energy, was photographed on the factory floor beside a solar panel on the production line. Travel outside the San Antonio area is quoted separately.
Can the shoot include portraits of our leadership?
Yes. Environmental portraits put your leaders in the places where they work. A single portrait is $950 for a half day on location, with two or three setups and three fully retouched portraits. A portrait series is $4,500 for a full day covering up to five subjects or locations, with 10 fully retouched portraits. See Environmental portraits.
How do we pay?
A 50% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due at final delivery. Final images are released once the balance is paid. Government and school clients may use a purchase order in place of a deposit. Prices don’t include sales tax.
Who owns the photos, and where can we use them?
That depends on the scope of work. Your written estimate spells out the uses included, such as your website, social media, print or recruiting, before we book. Licensing for advertising and other extended uses is quoted separately. Tell us on the planning call how and where the images will run, and we set the terms before the shoot.
