We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, captions or zoom. This page explains what we have done, what still needs work and how to reach us.
Our goal
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. It is a target, not a claim that every page meets it today.
What we have done
- Captions. Every video on our site has a caption file in the language spoken. Turn them on with the CC button in the player.
- Image descriptions. Photos on our pages have written descriptions, called alt text, for people using screen readers.
- Motion you can stop. Background videos, the rotating photos on our contact page and the rotating client quotes each have a pause button. If your device is set to reduce motion, background videos and the contact page photos start paused.
- Keyboard access. A Skip to content link comes first on every page. You can use the menus, links, buttons and the video and photo viewers with a keyboard, and the item in focus shows an outline. Escape closes the viewers and the mobile menu.
- Spanish pages. Our Spanish pages are marked as Spanish, so screen readers read them in Spanish.
Known limitations
- Our videos do not have audio description or transcripts yet.
- Our contact form uses a CAPTCHA. If it stops you, email or call us instead.
- Videos play in Vimeo’s player, and some links lead to sites we don’t control.
