The short answer
It takes a plan made before the event: what the first photos or video are for, who needs them and by when. Our half- and full-day event photography already includes 25 to 30 edited images the next morning, and on any booking the full gallery can arrive in 24 hours for a flat $250.
Event video can turn around the same day or in 24 hours. Same-day delivery carries a 20% rush fee, and next-day delivery 10%.
Video the morning after the event
City of San Antonio Workforce Development marked National Apprenticeship Day with an event, and we delivered the three-minute video the morning after. In it, people at the event talk about what registered apprenticeships are and aren’t, and why some employers hold back.
Shot on a Saturday, delivered Monday morning
For City of San Antonio Parks and Recreation, we shot Día del Árbol, the city’s Texas Arbor Day celebration, on a Saturday and delivered the two-minute video Monday morning. It mixes tree-care tips from experts, the free tree giveaway and people naming their favorite trees.

Here are two of our event galleries, to show the kind of moments a first set of photos draws from.
At Operation Heal*arious, a comedy competition for veteran and military spouse comedians at American Legion Alamo Post 2, we photographed the arrivals, the comedians on stage, the laughs at the tables and the photo line with fans after the show. For The American Legion, we also made the event video.
The photo at the top of this page is from The Monarch San Antonio groundbreaking at Hemisfair, for Zachry Hospitality. That gallery runs from the speakers and the first shovels of dirt to the food and the guests on the lawn.
What we deliver, and when
- Full day, up to 10 hours, $2,800: a same-evening preview of 10 edited images for social media, then 25 to 30 more the next morning.
- Half day, up to 5 hours, $1,500: 25 to 30 edited images the next morning.
- Shorter events, $350 an hour with a 2-hour minimum: add same-day social selects for $250, with 10 to 15 edited images during or right after the event.
- Every booking: a curated, color-corrected gallery within 72 hours, typically 50 to 75 images per hour of coverage. The full gallery in 24 hours is a flat $250.
- Event video: can turn around the same day, for a 20% rush fee, or in 24 hours, for 10%. We quote event video on the discovery call.
What to send us before the day
- Your run of show, so we’re in place before each speaker, award and toast.
- Your must-have shot list.
- The names of your sponsors, honorees and VIPs, with a photo of each if you can, so we can find them in a full room.
- What the next-morning set is for, such as a social post or a thank-you email, so the first images fit the job.
- For video: who should speak on camera, where the video will play and your deadline. Tell us the deadline on the first call, and we plan back from it.
- If you want to approve the video before it’s shared, one person on your side who can review it the morning it arrives.
For thank-you emails and sponsor recaps the week after, put sponsor and honoree names on your shot list. We pull those photos into their own folder in your gallery, named by sponsor or honoree, and the set comes with your 72-hour gallery at no extra cost.

Common questions
How many photos will we get?
Typically 50 to 75 edited images per hour of coverage, so a 3-hour gala comes to roughly 150 to 225.
Is the next-morning preview extra?
No. It comes with half- and full-day bookings. On an hourly booking, you can add same-day social selects, 10 to 15 edited images during or right after the event, for $250, or get the full gallery in 24 hours for a flat $250.
Can we get photos during the event?
Yes. Same-day social selects, a $250 add-on, give you 10 to 15 edited images during or right after the event, and full-day coverage includes a same-evening preview of 10.
Can our sponsors use the photos?
Your organization can use the photos on its own channels with no time limit. Sponsors may share photos of their own tables and signage on their own social media posts, with credit to pixelreflex MEDIA. Paid advertising is licensed separately.
Our venue asks for a certificate of insurance. Can you send one?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance and can send a certificate on request.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have a date. A 50% deposit holds it. If you want video too, tell us on the first call so we can plan both.
