View caseNPower alum Estrella Davila walks with Quincy Harper in the “Apprenticeship Partner: Accenture Federal Services” video.
NPower gives young adults and veterans free tech training and career launch support. It hired us on a referral from someone we’d worked with before, to grow enrollment and win more employer and apprenticeship partners. Over a multi-year partnership, the series grew to 18 videos, six of them in 4K. That’s 13 alumni stories, three partner videos, a program video and a graduation video.
Each alumni story follows a single graduate, who does nearly all the talking, in pieces from 14 seconds to three minutes. Steffi gets to know each person before the shoot. Michael Fugett, a homeless veteran during the program, was a vice president in risk management when we filmed; his message is “you’re wanted here.” Raymond Robinson, Jr. went from driving commercial trucks to an executive director role at a major financial institution.
Employers speak to their peers in the partner videos. Accenture Federal Services talks through hiring alum Estrella Davila, and Harris County explains how its investment opened apprenticeships for 15 graduates. The program video covers the 20-week Tech Fundamentals course behind NPower’s IT apprenticeships, and the graduation video catches the class speaker in San Antonio. Alexis Moore, NPower’s development director, says Steffi and Carlos “genuinely care for the people they interact with, and their work reflects this.”
Steffi and Carlos are exceptional in their ability to create visually captivating content for their clients. Throughout the process, they exhibited a high degree of professionalism and proficiency, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
