If you have “an interest in IT, but you don’t know where to start,” Kayla Guillory thinks NPower is a great program to look into. Kayla, a military veteran and NPower alum, explains why in this one-minute alumni story, one of several we made to build enrollment.

Number one, she says, the course is free. There are a lot of “wraparound resources,” too. She describes a career placement manager who was constantly working with students to help them land interviews, and a social support manager who helped with needs and barriers some students may have, such as transportation, and maybe some type of financial assistance with clothing or daycare.

Kayla loves that NPower took an “overall wellness approach” to make sure students thrive. “To all my veterans,” she says, “I would be running to this course.”
